We are delighted to announce that Cadogans has been acquired by Hill
International’s world-renowned construction claims group. Cadogans’ expert
engineers have worked successfully with Hill’s delay, quantum and programming
experts on many construction disputes in the past. This tie-up is a natural progression and will
allow the combined group to offer a complete service to Clients.
With
access to Hill’s global network of offices and Hill’s Client base, it is expected
that Cadogans will be able to expand its expert engineering resources both in
number of personnel and range of disciplines. Cadogans’ existing senior
management team, Roddy Wilkie, David McIntyre and Gerry Brannigan, will continue to
lead and develop the company. There will be no job losses and the same staff will
continue to provide the same high quality service to existing and future
Clients in both expert technical opinion services and project services.
