Hired Guns or Respected Independent Experts?
Panorama (9th June 2014) exposed several expert witnesses as hired guns –“tell
me what you want me to say, I’ll say it and because I’m independent and
respected it will assist you to win your case.” This is the exact opposite of
how an expert should act.
