Our Daphne Wassermann has had a paper published by the Institute of Civil Engineers (you can find it here). (ICE) entitled "Hints and pitfalls: the successful expert witness".

Daphne uses her extensive experience in the field to put across her views on such matters as:

• Dealing with meetings of experts
• The importance of out of the box thinking
